Returns

Please pack the item carefully for return transport, complete the return note and enclose it in the parcel. Then print and stick the return label to the parcel and take it to your nearest parcel point. We can refund the purchase price only for unworn products in their original packaging.

*Please note:
- The return label is only valid for your current Mammut return.
- With Klarna payment, please check the payment terms of Klarna as you may have to return it within a certain period.
- The items are purchased at the retail store, please return them at the same retail store or contact the store directly or further return information.

We will cover the cost of the return only when you use our return label. For detailed information please follow the instructions in the below section "How to get your free returns label."

We offer returns within 30 days for full-price items and 14 days for sale items.

In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we grant a voluntary right of return up to 30 days after receipt of goods. With this right of return you can also withdraw from the contract after the legal right of withdrawal has expired. The prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that the items are returned to MAMMUT undamaged, i.e. in their original condition, without damage and without signs of use, in due time. You can find details in our AGBs .

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color/size, unfortunately a direct exchange is not possible. In this case, please return the item/s and make a new order.
