Access

Mammut Access is our new loyalty program that offers exclusive benefits to registered members, enhancing their shopping experience with exclusive deals, sales, early access, birthday gifts, and loyalty vouchers. Members are able to earn points every time they purchase (and through other activities such as completing profile or referring a friend). Points don’t have a monetary value, but members can accumulate points to reach new milestones and unlock new benefits. The higher the level, the more exclusive perks members can access.

Mammut Access members earn points on every purchase online at mammut.com and at Mammut owned stores and outlets in Europe and US. Members can also earn additional points by participating in other special promotional offers announced by Mammut in the member account. Please refer to the question ‘How do I make sure my purchases count towards Mammut Access point accumulation?’ to make sure your purchase count towards points.

Your loyalty level status is determined by the points you accumulate in a 12 months rolling basis:

Adventurer: members who have accumulated 0-499 Points qualify.
Explorer: members who have accumulated 500-999 Points qualify.
Guide: members who have accumulated more than 1000 Points qualify.

Make sure you’re signed into your Mammut Access account for your online purchase or give your email address when purchasing in one of our owned stores and outlets:

Points are not redeemable and don't have a monetary value, instead they accumulate to unlock the different levels and benefits.

As a member, you will have access to different benefits depending on your loyalty level. Some of them are: loyalty vouchers, early access to sales and product launches, a birthday voucher, exclusive promotions, partner discounts, and exclusive events. You can see a detailed list of the benefits here .

You will receive your loyalty vouchers when you reach a new loyalty level. Please note that you will only get one loyalty voucher for every level milestone per year. If you are downgraded due to points adjustments, you will keep your loyalty voucher, but you will not receive another voucher for the same loyalty level within 12 months.

Yes, returns will always deduct from your points balance, and your loyalty level status will be downgraded if applicable. If a purchase is fully refunded, the corresponding points will not be added to the account. If a partial return is made, the number of points deducted will be proportional to the value of the returned products. If you have received a loyalty voucher for the upgrade, you can still keep and use it. Please note that members are only eligible for a loyalty voucher once for every level milestone per year. Therefore, if you upgrade to that level again within 12 months, you will not receive the loyalty voucher again.

Points expire 365 days after the date they are earned. However, once you reach a new level, you will maintain that status for 12 months. Even if some of your points expire during that period, you will not be downgraded. Every 12 months, we will recalculate your points to determine your level status. This means your level status is reassessed annually based on the points you have at that time. See the program Terms & Conditions for more details.

To delete your account, log in, go to 'Settings', and click ‘Delete your account’. Confirm the following pop-up message. To ensure the request is from you, we will send a confirmation email. Once you confirm, we will proceed with the deletion, which may take up to 30 business days. Please note, you will lose all of your benefits.

You can reset your password using your registered email address on the login page. If you don’t remember your email address, please contact customer service for further assistance.
